Mulberry Place is a development of 16 office buildings in Eltham, south-east London.
The developers went into administration and we purchased Units 1 and 6 from the receivers.
The buildings were recently constructed and are of an attractive design with large wooden framed windows.
The properties benefit from the new permitted development rights to convert offices to residential. We have applied and obtained a certificate of lawful development in relation to Unit 1 and are in the process of going through the same process for Unit 6.
Works to convert the units to single houses is due to commence shortly.
