Blythe Road is a 4 storey office building which we purchased at the end of 2013.
We have obtained consent, using the permitted development route, to convert the building into 2 maisonettes. We are in the process of applying for planning permission to extend the rear addition which if granted, will allow rooms in the rear addition to be of sufficient size to be used as bedrooms or offices.
The building is currently tenanted by the original owners. When the tenants vacate, we will start work on the conversion.
