The Old Aeroworks, Marylebone, London
The Old Aeroworks was where engines for Spitfires had been made in WW2. At the time that we bought it, it was in multiple occupancy with part of it used by Sir Terry Farrell as his offices. We bought the other part of the building in two phases. We employed the well known architects Munckenbeck & Marshall to convert the building into 11 contemporary loft style apartments.
