Hesmondhalgh Management LLP (HM) acts as the Owners Representative for the purchase and development of property.
HM undertakes the following activities;
- Property location
- Project assessment
- Assisting with the arrangement of development finance in relation to the project
- Selecting and supervising the professional team: architects, surveyors, project managers etc
- Selecting and supervising selling/letting agents
In recent years HM have supervised a number of projects including:
- A RIBA award winning new build house in South Kensington
- The conversion of a building in Notting Hill from 4 flats to one family house
- The renovation and extension of a family house in Notting Hill suffering from severe subsidence
- The conversion of a building in Finborough Road, Chelsea into 5 flats
- The conversion of a Grade 2 listed 5,900 sq ft house in Bayswater from an office into a luxury family house
Current projects include:
- The conversion of a pub in Wandsworth into 4 flats
- 3,000 sq ft new build house in Shepherds Bush
- The conversion of a pub in Bermondsey into one family house
- The conversion of part of the former naval hospital in Plymouth into 58 flats

These projects are all located in the UK and are residential. The senior partner of HM (Ivo Hesmondhalgh) also has extensive knowledge of commercial development from his time as CEO of the AIM listed company Bulgarian Property Developments which specialized in the development of: business/logistic parks and warehousing/distribution.
